Private Pysanky Presentations or Classes

Whether you have a larger group that you wish to have me present the highlights of Pysanky Art with some hands on to get the general feel of how it works or, better yet, if you want your own private class for you and a small group of friends, I can create a package that fits your needs. Gather your close friends around your dining table for an intimate, hands-on workshop in traditional Ukrainian wax-resist egg decorating. Kate brings over 45 years of heritage artistry, specialized tools, and complete supplies straight to your doorstep. This makes for a great team building exercise, family get together, girls/guys night with Pysanky and wine and a great gift idea as well. What Is Included

To ensure every student gets personal, tailored instruction and comfortable workspace, private classes are designed for small groups up to six participants ages 12 and up. All that is needed is a well-lit area with a table and seating.

Kate provides all specialized equipment: traditional brass kistky styling pens, pure beeswax, vibrant aniline dyes, candles, practice eggs, and prepared blown eggs. Kate will get you started in the process and well into you first egg. Full basic Pysanky kits will be available for purchase if you wish to continue with the art form.
